// The house · A manifesto

The evolution of you.

A short read on the philosophy, the cadence, and the choices that make this practice feel different from the strip-mall med spas down the boulevard.

EVO was founded with one belief: aesthetic and wellness care belongs in a medical setting, not a sales floor. That means a board-certified physician on every protocol, a longer first consultation than the chair next door, and a chart that follows you across every modality — injectable, laser, IV, weight loss.

The Tampa we built this for is the one that knows the difference between filler that flatters and filler that announces itself. Between a weight-loss injection handed over the counter and one supervised by labs, scans, and monthly check-ins. Between a HydraFacial that scrubs and one that's prescribed.

Our cadence is unhurried — first consults run forty-five minutes, no add-ons pushed in the room. The space itself sits in Hyde Park, on West Cleveland Street, and the team that meets you at the door is the team that will be there the next year, and the year after that.

№ 01 · OVERSIGHT

Physician-led, always.

Every protocol — injectable, weight-loss, peptide, IV — is signed off by Dr. Ferrin and supervised by the medical team. No standing-order autopilot.

№ 02 · CADENCE

Unhurried by design.

Forty-five-minute first consults. No same-day pressure to treat. We'd rather decline a request than over-treat a face — and we do.

№ 03 · MEASUREMENT

Numbers, not memory.

Styku 3D body scanning, labs at intake and every quarter, photographic chart entries — progress that's plotted, not estimated.

EVO Medical Spa treatment room — Hyde Park, Tampa
// The facility

A practice that reads as a practice.

The Hyde Park space is built around four clinical rooms, an IV lounge, a Styku scan room, and a quiet recovery area for laser clients. Materials are warm — emerald velvet, warm white plaster, brass fixtures — but the space behind the door is clinical: full sterile field, controlled lighting, calibrated devices.

You won't find a juice bar, a retail boutique, or a checkout counter near the treatment rooms. The intent is for the visit to feel like a clinic that happens to be beautiful — not a boutique that happens to do injections.

Plan your visit
// The tagline, unpacked

Luxury, science, and self-care — in perfect equilibrium.

LUXURYThe room is calm, the chair is good, the towels are warm. None of it is the point — but you'll notice it.

SCIENCEEvery plan is written against measurable outcomes — labs, scans, photographs — and revisited monthly.

SELF-CAREWhat you do at home between visits matters more than what we do in the chair. The plan accounts for that.
